Budget du Québec 2015-2016 : Un budget qui tient ses promesses pour le développement de l’économie sociale malgré des déceptions

Le ministre des Finances du Québec, monsieur Carlos Leitão, a déposé aujourd’hui son budget 2015-2016. Pour le Chantier de l’économie sociale, ce budget annonce des mesures très intéressantes pour le développement de l’économie sociale bien que certaines autres sèment l’inquiétude.
