Connecting Amazon’s “Bruising” Corporate Culture with the Nonprofit Sector

The New York Times just published a tough article written by Jodi Kantor and David Streitfeld about employment practices at Amazon, the Internet bookseller and retail giant owned by Jeff Bezos. The charges, based on interviews with current and former Amazon staff—not a handful here and there, but over 100—describe a brutal work environment and callous management. (Nonprofit Quarterly)
